LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS TurboTreadsRC warrants to the original purchaser that the product purchased (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover (i) superficial damage, (ii) damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or improper handling, installation, operation, or maintenance, (iii) alterations made to any part of the Product, (iv) attempted repairs by unauthorized individuals or service centers not authorized by TurboTreadsRC, (v) Products purchased from unauthorized dealers of TurboTreadsRC, (vi) Products not compliant with relevant technical regulations, or (vii) use that contravenes any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE, TurboTreadsRC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY SOLELY DETERMINE WHETHER THE PRODUCT WILL ADEQUATELY MEET THEIR INTENDED USAGE NEED.
